Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Frusoft is the small studio of Nicolas Frugoni (Barcelona, Spain), who is responsible for the data described here. This policy covers this website (frusoft.dev) and Frusoft Studio, the tool Frusoft uses to publish on its own social media accounts. Each Frusoft app has its own privacy policy, linked from the app's store page and website.
This website
The site works without cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics for Firebase records anonymous usage (pages viewed, approximate country, device type) so we can see what people use. If you decline, nothing is recorded. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
Frusoft Studio
Frusoft Studio is an internal tool. Only Frusoft signs in to it, and it only connects to social media accounts that belong to Frusoft's apps. It is not offered to the public.
Frusoft Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and post comments on Frusoft's own YouTube channels, the Instagram API to publish on Frusoft's own Instagram accounts, and TikTok's Content Posting API to send videos to Frusoft's own TikTok accounts. By using a Frusoft Studio feature that relies on YouTube, you are also bound by the Google Privacy Policy.
- What it accesses: the name and id of each connected account, and permission to publish videos, photos and comments on it. On YouTube, the channel name and id, and the ability to upload videos and post comments.
- What it stores: the access tokens the platforms issue, the account's public name and id, the photos, videos and captions scheduled for posting, the result of each post, and follower and view counts for the connected accounts.
- How it's used: only to publish the posts Frusoft schedules and to show Frusoft its own account statistics.
- Sharing: content is sent only to the platform it's published on. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
- Where and how long: data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) in the European Union. Uploaded photos and videos are deleted 14 days after they are posted. Tokens are kept until the account is disconnected.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time: for Google and YouTube at Google security settings, for Instagram in Settings → Apps and websites, and for TikTok in Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. Revoking makes the stored tokens useless; on request we delete them and everything stored for that account within 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@frusoft.dev. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
